'Our Customers'Robyn Jackson of Goomboorian wrote – A few words about OLY homes We purchased an OLY home as they had what we considered to be the best design for a 2 bedroom home that we had seen. This is the Surfside. We liked the option of all of the main rooms opening onto the verandah plus the high ceilings in the open plan living area giving a feeling of a larger space. At this stage we had not considered the option of a factory built home. We visited their premises at Yandina and were very impressed by what we saw. They were also happy to make some changes to their basic plan to suit our requirements including increasing the height of the bench tops and having Ceasarstone instead of laminate, enlarging the verandah and having a laundry door to the outside. What an experience watching them put the house in place with the crane! All of their people were exceptionally professional from the truck drivers to the crane driver. All of our grandchildren came to visit on the day the house was delivered and we took lots of videos. It was very impressive. Their builder who completed the house for us was also very friendly and a very hard worker. He was a pleasure to have around. This certainly a quick way to get a house built. We have found the house easy to live in as it is very compact but well designed. It blends in well with its surroundings which for us is 30 acres of bushland. All in all this was a very satisfactory option. 
Helen Jackson wrote –When we first inspected the Oly display home, "Surfside 2", we were most impressed with the layout, presentation and workmanship. Thank you, Christine, for the guided tour of the home. Hassle free, no stress, when it comes to council permits etc. These are all taken care of by Dale and Kathy. All we had to do was collect mail, sign documents and post them back to Oly homes. Thanks to the hard working men, Scott and Lance, for their expertise in setting up and finishing off the home on our land. Why would anyone even consider being an owner-builder to build their own home, when one can buy a realisticly priced, stress free, factory built home from Oly homes. We have had nothing but postive comments by people who have viewed our Oly 'retirement-holiday' home. "Everywhere you look - so neat & tidy." "Certainly the way to do ones home, mine took months to build." "It is a mushroom, one day it is not there, next you look, it has popped up." "Love the roomy kitchen." "You are not looking into bedrooms, bathrooms, etc while in the main living area." Also, when you ring Oly Homes a pleasant, friendly person will answer the phone, not a machine. I would like, on behalf of Phillip and myself, to express a sincere 'Thank You' to managment & staff at Oly Homes for our home "Surfside 2."
